Choose support, not a vague package
The service name is only the beginning.
“Villa moving” or “office moving” describes the property, but it does not explain the complete job. Two properties of the same type may have different inventories, lift rules, parking access, furniture requirements and destination priorities.
We therefore build the service scope from information. Customers can request transport only, selected packing, a broader household move, business relocation or storage between properties. The written quotation should say what the crew will handle, what the customer will prepare and which specialist tasks remain outside the moving service.

Homes, apartments and villas
Residential moving connects the whole property.
A useful home-moving plan begins with the complete inventory. Bedrooms and living areas matter, but so do cupboards, balconies, outdoor spaces, storerooms and large furniture. The crew needs to understand which belongings are moving, which items require packing and how both properties can be reached.
Apartment moves often depend on building management, service lifts and loading access. Villa moves may involve several floors, outdoor furniture and longer internal handling routes. Houses need consistent room labels so cartons and furniture arrive in the right part of the destination from the beginning.
Customers may choose to pack personally, request help for selected rooms or include wider packing and unpacking support. Suitable furniture can be prepared and reassembled when agreed in writing. Documents, medication, jewellery, keys and immediate essentials should normally remain with the customer.

Offices and commercial premises
A physical relocation with clear operational boundaries.
Business moving requires an authorised contact, an inventory and a practical sequence. Offices may use departmental labels, workstation plans and priority equipment lists. Retail premises may separate stock, fixtures and reopening essentials. Warehouse-premises moves may use inventory zones and staged delivery.
Call Me Movers handles the agreed physical moving work. Packing, furniture, stock, cartons and suitable equipment can be included, but specialist IT, electrical, plumbing, machinery and trade installations require qualified providers. We do not promise zero downtime because business continuity also depends on systems and parties outside the physical move.
The collection and destination should each have a responsible contact who can approve decisions. Access arrangements, building times and delivery zones are confirmed before the date. This allows the crew to prepare around the premises rather than discovering key restrictions after loading has started.

Packing and unpacking
Full packing, partial packing and fragile-item preparation can be scoped separately. Labels should identify the destination room and handling need without advertising private contents. Customers who pack their own cartons should complete them before the agreed deadline and use suitable boxes.
Unpacking is not assumed automatically. If included, the quotation should explain whether it covers opening cartons, placing contents, removing used materials or selected-room support. The final responsibility remains clearer when preparation and finishing tasks are written separately.

Protection and reassembly
Furniture preparation should reflect the item, its condition, the access route and the destination. Suitable standard pieces may be dismantled and reassembled when agreed, with hardware kept identified. Glass, stone, delicate finishes and existing damage should be pointed out before handling.
Call Me Movers can protect, transport and position agreed appliances and furniture. Plumbing, gas, electrical connections and specialist installation remain outside the service and should be arranged with qualified providers.
Storage services
Plan storage as a distinct moving stage.
Storage can bridge a handover gap, renovation, staged move or longer change in space. The inventory going into storage should be recorded separately from items travelling directly to the destination.
Preparation may differ according to the expected duration and handling route. Customers should confirm facility conditions, access arrangements, prohibited contents, retrieval expectations and current terms for the proposed booking. We do not publish unverified claims about climate control, CCTV, insurance or a specific facility address.

Inter-emirate services
Domestic UAE moving between cities and emirates.
Inter-emirate moving connects two properties and a longer route within one scope. The inventory, loading access, travel timing, destination readiness and any agreed additional stop should be reviewed together.
Popular enquiries include Dubai to Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi to Dubai, Dubai to Sharjah, Dubai to Ajman and relocations to Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah or Umm Al Quwain. These remain domestic moving services. International relocation, customs clearance, air or sea shipping, freight, cargo, pet relocation and vehicle transport are excluded.

Clear service boundaries
Domestic moving and storage only.

Comparing service quotations
Compare the same scope—not just the final number.
A price is only meaningful when the inventory, packing level, access, route and furniture work are consistent. Ask what the quotation assumes, what it excludes and what happens if the information changes.
Are all rooms, storage areas and large items included?
Who supplies materials and who packs each part of the property?
Are lifts, stairs, parking distance and approved times recorded?
Are unpacking, reassembly and destination placement included?
Can I combine several services?
Yes. A move may include transport, selected packing, furniture preparation, unpacking or storage when those tasks are assessed and written into one quotation.
Do all services include packing materials?
No. Materials and packing labour should be confirmed for the selected scope. Customers packing personally need suitable cartons completed before the agreed deadline.
Can services be added after booking?
Changes should be reported as early as possible. Additional inventory, packing, stops or furniture work may affect materials, crew time, vehicle planning, availability and price.
Are same-day services guaranteed?
No. Urgent requests are assessed against the inventory, route, crew, vehicle, materials and property access. Safe handling and building requirements still apply.
How are payment and deposits handled?
Current payment methods, deposit requirements, cancellation conditions and booking terms are confirmed on the written quotation rather than presented as universal website promises.
Changing the agreed service scope
Tell the moving coordinator when the date, address, property access, inventory, packing responsibility or number of stops changes. Even one additional item can affect the sequence when it is bulky, fragile or difficult to reach. Early notice gives the team more options for adjusting materials, crew time and vehicle planning. The revised work should be confirmed before moving day rather than treated as an informal addition after the crew arrives.
Preparing appliances and installed equipment
Call Me Movers can protect, transport and position suitable agreed appliances, furniture and office equipment. Disconnection and reconnection may require qualified plumbing, gas, electrical, IT or trade providers. These specialist tasks are outside the moving scope. Arrange them in time for the item to be safe and ready for handling, and make sure the destination is prepared before placement. Manufacturer restrictions or the existing condition may also affect whether an item can be moved as expected.
Completing the destination handover
The destination should have keys, permissions, lift or gate timing, parking and an authorised receiving contact ready before the vehicle arrives. Consistent room labels help the crew place cartons and furniture without repeated handling. Reassembly, unpacking and placement are completed only where written into the quotation. After delivery, check the vehicle, the agreed rooms and any listed work while the crew and responsible contact can still resolve questions together.
Service availability is assessed for the proposed date and scope. No page should be treated as a guarantee that every task, specialist item or urgent request can be accepted. The written quotation remains the relevant record for materials, responsibilities, exclusions, payment arrangements, deposit requirements and booking terms. Review it before confirming the date, and request an update whenever the supplied information changes.
